  1. Hi,

I’d like to know if this glasses already work’s with Vivitek D538w-3D/
Because my current glasses have the same issue of this article: http://truedepth3d.com/upcoming-improvements-for-3d-projector-owners/

    • Yes, the current glasses we sell will work great! They are actually 3rd generation glasses. The first generation glasses had the problem of only operating at 120 Hz. The second and third generation glasses (current) operate at 120 Hz, 100 Hz and 96 Hz (Vivitek requires 96hz) Thank you for your interest!

  2. Will these glasses work with the Toshiba 46WX800?

    • Yes!
Although we’ve not personally tested this TV, we have many satisfied customers with Toshiba 3D TVs including the 46WX800
      Thanks for your interest!

  3. Are ir glasses better than dlp ? And when can we expect to see rechargeable ir glassed from you ?

    • For your 840 TV, I would recommend the DLP-link glasses.
Rechargeable IR glasses should be available soon- we hope to have them in the next month or two. Thanks for your interest!

  4. How do I contact someone with your company? I have posted a question with no reply. I can’t find anything on your website that gives the public access to you.

I’ve purchased glasses from you that don’t work and would appreciate some help!

  5. Will these work with the SHARP AQUOS LC60LE835U TV?

Thanks in advance, for you reply.

    • absolutely! Thanks for your interest!

  6. Will these work with Panasonic PT-AE7000U?

    • Yes they will. Thanks for your interest!

  7. Good Day to you.
I am guessing that these will work well with the
Panasonic TV’s, I have a question about the stems of the glasses:

Are the stems molded plastic, or are they rubberized?

    Thanks.

    Peace.
    K

    • You are correct. Panasonic 3D TV customers have been very happy with these glasses! Many actually prefer them to the official Panasonic brand. The stems that fit on the ears are rubberized and moldable. Thanks for your interest!

  8. I bought 4 pack of these glasses. Are these the correct ones for a Panasonic TC-P55GT30? Also, we can see no blue light indicator to know if the glasses are turned on. Please help. Thanks

    • Hello,
Thank you for your recent inquiry. Yes, these glasses should work great with your TV! The LED indicator is actually on the power button itself- it is a small blue light when the glasses are turned on (near the tip closest to the lens) and the light flashes red when the glasses are turned off. We will have an improved version soon that includes an LED light on the power switch as well as the top of the glasses as having the light only on the power button has caused confusion for several customers.
If you are having trouble with the glasses, please let us know what 3D source you are using (3D blu ray player, 3D cable setup etc) as well as how far you are seated from the TV. Please us at support(at)truedepth3d(dot)com for personal assistance. We’re happy to help!

  9. Will these glasses work on Sharp Elite models?

    • Yes, these glasses will work great with the Sharp Elite models. Thanks for your interest!

      • Hi
I bought 2 pairs of True Depth 3D glasses and the glasses keep on flickering and the other one won’t work on my Sharp Elite tv.

  10. where is the EMITTER. How willI turn it on? Is the power on button and the LED indicator lite one and the same. I do not see a red light when I push the on button.

    Tom

    • Hi Tom,
The emitter in most cases is built into the TV (except for certain Mitsubishi 3D TVs which require an external emitter)
The instructions need an update. The first generation model of these glasses had a red light when the glasses turned on and off, but this became confusing, so it was changed to a blue light to turn on and a blinking red light to turn off. The blue light will appear on the edge of the power button. Thanks for your interest!

  11. Hello, I bought two pair of these glasses for use with my Mitsubishi WD-73640. Do I need the 3DA-1 adapter to make these glasses work? The printed material that comes with the glasses seems to indicate my model will need them, but when I look at the 3DA-1 Spec Sheet and Owner’s Guide on the Mitsubishi website, it doesn’t list my TV as being compatible with the 3DA-1. I’m confused. Please help. Thanks.

    • No, the 640 does not require the 3DA-1 adapter, but it does require an external emitter (unless you use DLP-link glasses which these are not)
If you need an emitter for them, please contact us at sales(at)truedepth3d(dot)com and we’ll be happy to get you a discounted price since you’ve already purchased the glasses. Thanks!

  12. Will these glasses work with panasonic TV TC-P65GT30 ?
I live in Canada, where can I buy these glasses (amazon.com doesn’t ship these to canada) ?

    • Hello,
You can order these through Ebay HERE or directly from us. Just send an e-mail to sales(at)TrueDepth3d.com and let me know how many you’d like. I can send an invoice directly. Thanks!

  13. Will these work with the Mitsu 73740 or are there other options? Looking for
    4 pair.
    Thanks

    • Yes,
These will work perfectly with the 73740. You can find a 4 pack HERE
      Thanks for your interest!

      • Thank you, but then what is the difference between these and the Blue Ones available only for the Panasonic and the Mitsubishi?

        • The blue glasses were our original glasses that were compatible with Samsung (infrared) and Mitsubishi 3D TVs (external emitter required.) The blue glasses have been discontinued and replaced with these glasses which have the same compatibilities, but also work with Sony, Toshiba, Panasonic, and all Mitsubishi 3D TVs (even those with internal emitters)

  14. Will your glasses also work on the Panny PT-AE7000 3D projector?

    Thx

    • These glasses should work great with anything that works with the official Panasonic 3D glasses as they use the same signal.

  15. What type of battery do the universal glasses take and how many? Are they rechargeable batteries?

    • Each pair of glasses takes 1 CR2032 battery. They are not rechargeable, but they are good for at least 50 hours of use each. They are also available very inexpensively almost anywhere. You can find several brands on Amazon.com HERE

  16. do these fit kids? or come in diff sizes?

    • Hello,
Yes, these fit children (5 and up)
They do not come in different sizes, but they do include 3 different sized nose pieces to make them adjustable. Thanks for your interest!

  17. Will your glasses work with 2011 Panasonic TC-P50GT30 plasma 3D tv?

    • Absolutely!
      Thank you for your interest!

  18. will your glasses work with the Sharp XV-Z17000 projector and the Sharp LC60LE835U TV?

    • Yes, these glasses will work great with both the projector and the TV. Please let me know if you have further questions. Thanks for your interest!

  19. We want 2 pairs of these glasses for a Christmas gift. Will they be available in time?

    • These are available and ready to ship! Thank for your interest!
